HOW TO USE OUR BOOKING SYSTEM: the system is very user friendly and easy to use – as long as you know about a couple little quirks ahead of time!

1. First, you’ll need to click on the appropriate category (more about that below)
2. Next, select the specific event or package
3. Scroll through the calendar until you find the date you need (if you’re registering for a specific event, you’ll have to scroll to the exact date that the event is being run on!)
4. Select a time slot and then the number of “tickets” you need (different events have different types of tickets, so make sure you read the description to know how many tickets you’ll need)
5. Time to customize! Add on any additional things you may need (this is especially fun for party bookings)
6. Fill in your contact info and finish the booking. Please note that most reservations require full payment in advance or a deposit. These payments can only be done with a credit card, the system cannot accept debit cards or Visa debit. If you need to use one of these methods of payment, please contact us!
7. You should receive a confirmation email from the booking system once your booking is complete. If you don’t get one, please contact us.

REGISTER FOR A CHILD CARE DROP-OFF SPECIAL EVENT: this is where we’ll be posting weekend child care and other special event child care. Please note that these events are run through our DAYCARE Buzy Bugz’ Garden. As such, you must be fully registered with Buzy Bugz’ Garden to sign up for these events, and the time spent at events will count towards your child’s 40-hour monthly care limit. Go to the Daycare webpage for details on how to register with the daycare. The age allowed will be listed in the event description, please look at it before booking to ensure your child is the right age for the event.

SIGN UP FOR A HOMESCHOOL GROUP: we’re working hard to provide a fun and social space for our homeschooling community to meet up, have fun, and maybe learn a little bit while they’re at it! Homeschool Groups are open to anyone in any kind of homeschool, self-paced school, or unschool group. Zaaz will remain open to the public during Homeschool Groups, and the Homeschool Group fee includes unlimited play in the Village before and/or after the event! Check with your registered online homeschool program to see if you can get your event admission paid in full by your program, and contact us if your program doesn’t have us as an approved funding program yet.

REGISTER FOR A DROP-OFF CAMP: we have drop-off camps available on every school closure day, including all summer long! Campz are for children 5 years and older, and run from 9am-3pm. Early drop-off and late pick-up is available for some camps, look for the option under “add-ons” during booking. If you need more care for your children, consider bundling a day camp with Buzy Bugz’ Garden child care before or after the camp! Please ensure children bring socks or indoor shoes/slippers, a water bottle, and a change of clothes (things can sometimes get messy!). You can pack a lunch for them, or we can supply two snacks and a lunch for an additional $15. You will need to fill out a Drop-Off Activity Waiver, which we’ll keep on file for all future drop-off activities.

REGISTER FOR AN EVENT: we host a couple special events every month that are fun for the whole family! From Mother’s Day High Tea to Father’s Day Nerf Warz, there’s bound to be something that’s just right for you! Keep an eye on our social media pages to see what’s coming up if there aren’t any options right now. This is also where you’ll find our Sensory Hourz event, which is a special night we host on the first Friday of every month for our fabulous neurodiverse customers. Children of all abilities can come play from 4-6pm for a discounted rate, and we’ll dim the lights and turn off the music to make it a little more sensory friendly.
